Ian has been a pleasure to work with over the years.
He is passionate about stores and ensures that he regularly trains teams using his unique knowledge of facilities H&S and Business Continuity. Ian has the ability to influence at all levels and constantly thinks outside of his remit to drive business improvements.
He further grew his role by taking on the challenge of becoming an employee engagement champion. He will be an asset wherever he works
