I worked with Ian at Suzuki GB Plc – I was Head of IT and Ian was Facilities Manager.

Ian was very good at his job – I was constantly surprised by the breadth of his experience and skills. He was a joy to work with as he always took a positive view of any requests for help/co-operation, There were several overlapping areas for IT/Facilities (e.g. Phones/Copiers) and these were also handled in a constructive manner.
