During my tenure as Head of IT Risk & Security, Ian has developed a full BCP covering numerous sites both here in the UK and in Poland. This has certainly been a labour of love for Ian and it certainly addressed all requirements for PCI attestation.


His attention to detail is exemplary paying particular attention to Business Impact Analysis and Risk & Vulnerability Assessments. This much needed work was paramount to the business being granted a licence to trade from the Financial Conduct Authority.


Ian should be proud of these accolades and in the knowledge that his work has been scrutinised by external audit (BSI-Grant Thornton and PWC) without any audit points. His plans have now been adopted by our parent company in the USA.
